yes, the horizon is slightly off horizontal -- it's part optical illusion from the shape of the coastline, and part genuine incompetence on my part.

How to leave your comment

Comments can be made at this photo's flickr page, here. To leave comments on that page you will require a Yahoo login.

I am currently working on a simpler way of adding comments to this page (and a far less time consuming one for those without a Yahoo login), but for now, use flickr.

Nice, Joe. That's the first time I've liked that song.

Nice one Joe. Did you choose the Billy Bragg song simply for its theme, or do you know how close he lives to this beach? :-)

thanks! I picked it because it was probably inspired by this beach!

I wasn't sure it was a good idea to have video on flickr, but every video I've seen on flickr, including my two videos, I think follow the flickr spirit: they're not video so much as moving photographs.

'Moving photographs' - great sentiment! I think the genuine incompetence is a true shared gift and the rolling surf and spindrift are just perfect. -- Seen next to a fellow photo of the group "Dorset". (?)
